Mrs. Kannaghi a graduate from Fatima College Madurai. She had 20 years of experience in the Finance and banking sector and took voluntary retirement from ICICI bank in 2004. She is a writer and social worker. She is the pioneer in Menstrual Hygiene management and has been honoured at SCOSAN-II Meet at Delhi she was recognized as pioneer by UNICEF-Delhi for her work on menstrual hygiene.

He is an Engineer, graduated in Mechanical Engineering under Anna University. Worked in Thermal Energy and Oil & Gas field. Having a decade of experience in Fabrication, Project execution and Project Procurement in both Power and Oil & gas industries. Having 12 years of experience in the field of microfinance.
